Gotta Love Racism..
It's 2010 right? Ok, just making sure because even with thousands of iPhone applications, there's a strong undertone of class by color as if it were 1810. There are a lot of black extremest following in the footsteps of Marcus Garvey that seem to be over the top in their views for the most part, but its times like this that their rants seem justified.
The line of politically correct speech has been blurred by the converging of cultures. Depending on who you ask, thanks to music and tv, white people can say 'what up my nigga' with no hesitation and feel there's no problem because 'they didn't mean it that way'. Rarely do I hear slurs use for Jewish, Spanish, Polish etc. people used in every day vernacular. Its kind of like this, I know your mother was gang rapped. I address you as 'what up son/daughter of a gang rapped woman'. Would that offend you? Even if I said I didn't mean it like that? Point being, dont disrespect anyone.
The above video is Sports commentator Mike Greenberg slipping up and referring to MLK Day as Martin Luther Coon Day. Did he mean it, depends on who you ask. They say a drunk mind speaks a sober heart and I think this is similar. He forgot he was front stage with his back stage mind set.
I think minorities should stop living in a fantasy world where the smiles of certain people equate into respect for you as a person.
P.S.... did some whore really refer to the president as a Kool Aid Drinker?

Karen Pereira, PLEASE DO NOT READ THIS.... Ok, now that my mom isn't reading, I can go in. Excuse the grammar but I have been drinking heavily. Let me first off say that the picture for this post is a genuine response to what I was witnessing. Where the fuck do I start??? I saw some of the ugliest girls in the history of air this evening. If I was a dude at Boston College or Boston University, I would commit a minor crime to spend the next 4 years in jail because I would bet that the ass this their is better than what is on the outside. I blame this on Lady Gaga (who has a bigger dick than me). She has given ugly women the right to look as bad as smashed skull. Honestly, I see why there are gay men on earth, they groom themselves and are way more presentable then the gargoyles that roamed the outer world this evening.

The NBA Sucks
First off I would like to acknowledge Earl Boykins fade. Ok, down to business, the NBA is a joke. The product they sell is trash. With about 6 good teams, the League is made up of a bunch of talentless College dropouts. You couldn't pay me in cash, gold, or food to watch a NBA game, but that's not why I'm mad.As you may know, Gilbert Arenas (who is the front runner for 2010's bone head move of the year) played a prank on one of his teammates with unloaded guns and a note. Yes extremely stupid and he deservedly so was suspended. But what has my ass chapped beyond belief is this picture. Is it tasteless that he is doing the imaginary 6 shooter while under investigation by the NBA and law enforcement authorities? Depends on who you ask, I think its funny, its an inside joke with his teammates and as you can see, they are having a good time. The picture doesn't bother me at all, the fact that his teammates are going to be fined for what ever it is that they are doing in this picture that has me dumb founded. David Stern is a bitch with a capitol C. Gilbert Arenas is being bashed in the media for not being remorseful enough and showing poor judgment with the 6 shooter act. I support him because he is being real. So many people do stupid shit, but it isn't until they are caught with their ass out that they begin the fake apologies. Kobe cried like a bitch, Tiger disappeared, Mel Gibson blamed it on the alcohol etc. So what he didn't give the fake Hallmark canned response, he spoke his mind so go play in traffic.
Hip Hop Is Over (for the most part)
This shit is beyond repair. There are a lot of factors that contributed to this, but no more influential then R&B. Damn I hate R&B. There was a time when Rap and R&B ( aka punk bitch soft fuck boy music) was segregated, Rappers Rapped - Singers Complained, and I was happy. If I didn't want to hear that dog shit, I wouldn't put myself in that position. Now I don't have choice pretty much being these two styles of music have converged for mainstream appeal. I remember when rap albums had one or two r&b features and that would get skipped. Those days are over, every hit song whether it being played on the radio or a video has a r&b feature and it turns my stomach. Rappers wonder why their albums don't sell and a big reason is real hip hop fans don't want to hear that shit. The only thing keeping hip hop a float are mixtapes and the occasional radio freestyle. SMH FML.
